Paper on the  way to the appeals court
                                                 Twelve(12) copies of the Brief and Appendix.
Last time it was six (6) copies of a brief and a 100 page appendix, plus a 500 page clerk's record.
Was supposed to go to a THREE judge panel, but was looked at by only a SINGLE clerk!
